Overview

These terms govern bookings for photography, videography, and production services with ShutterArc Productions ("we", "us"), based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. By booking a shoot with us, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide live event and concert coverage, brand films and content, and marketing campaign production, as scoped in writing (email or a signed brief) before each shoot.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on scope, date, and payment terms in writing. placeholder Advance percentage, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods to be defined per booking until a standard policy is set.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Delivery & Usage Rights

Final images and footage are delivered as agreed in the booking brief. ShutterArc retains copyright of all original photo and video work; clients receive a license to use delivered assets for the purposes agreed at booking. Portfolio and promotional use by ShutterArc is covered under our Privacy Policy unless a shoot is agreed in writing to be private.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event details, access, and any permissions needed for our crew to shoot on-site
Confirm final headcount/scope changes with reasonable notice
Make payment per the agreed schedule

Limitation of Liability
